6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions set out at the time of each promotion. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated for each promotion.

7.2 All bets and wagers placed at i8my are final once confirmed. Members cannot cancel, void, or amend a confirmed bet or game stake except where this is explicitly provided within the game rules.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an incorrect or corrupted game outcome, i8my reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's account balance.
7.4 For sportsbook markets: settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting authority. In-play bets accepted after an outcome has been determined (due to data feed delays) may be voided at i8my's discretion.
7.5 i8my reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to human, technical, or pricing error.

8.2 Breach of this Clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
9.1 All content on the i8my Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, trade marks, logos, game content, and text — is the intellectual property of i8my or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without i8my's express prior written consent.
10.1 i8my provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8my makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 i8my shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; loss of data or winnings due to technical failure; or any third-party actions beyond i8my's reasonable control.
10.3 i8my's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises.
11.1 i8my reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) i8my has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or (d) regulatory or licensing requirements so require.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, i8my may withhold or void any balance, bonuses, or winnings in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified payment method.
11.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting i8my support. All pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure. Self-exclusion requests are handled under i8my's Responsible Gaming Policy.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i8my holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 Members who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
